  Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. Great selection and great prices. Nicole Farris was my salesperson and she was the best. No pressure no hovering just available for questions. After the decision was made Nicole helped with picking out other items. She was like having my own personal interior designer. I encourage everyone looking for furniture to ask for her!

  Please, heed this advice American Factory Direct and pass it to all other furniture stores. People DO NOT LIKE BEING HOUNDED BY SALESMAN! Whoever the salesperson was that was "helping" us (aka just trying to make a quick sale) was relentless and Essentially stalked me and my wife through the store. And after we told him we were not buying that day, he was magically nowhere to be found. Just let customers walk around and shop and let them know where you can be located if they need information and assistance. Selection of furniture was fine. Cleanliness and atmosphere was ok. Would probably get a 4 star if it wasn't for the commission based pushy ass salesman you find at every furniture store.
