    The AT&T office located in Mandeville Louisiana near the causeway on the service road behind Winn-Dixie is the worst staff AT&T office I have ever encountered! The people here are morons! They have renovated the interior of the shop but the idiots still remain. More people in a fancier location knowing less than the person before them. Go there and try to get an answer for your phone or other device problem and watch them redirect you to another number another location or keep you there for hours while they try to figure it out. Idiots! Morons! Paid to do nothing worthwhile! The manager Melvin from earlier in the year was the biggest buffoon I had ever encountered. Now new faces and same thing. Oh and if you order Digital Life a year or more ago and go back to the site to ask a question they will tell you that Digital Life is no longer affiliated with AT&T so you the customer must go and contact Digital Life directly because they have nothing to do with them anymore. Typical AT&T response point the finger. Words shop ever! Worst group of Staff members ever!! Useless!!! Overpriced devices that aren't worth half the price!

    I went to this store to have my new i-phone activated and that was done. However, the store rep (Blake) refused to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. He told me I had to use I-tunes on my PC and that he was not allowed to do it. I was not given any instructions. I went home, spent two hours trying to do what I was told and with negative results. I went back to the store and complained. The next store rep looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I had the cloud. I said yes. He said use the cloud to transfer the information. I told him I did not know how. He walked me through it in 5 minutes. I asked why the previous rep didn't do that. He just said he didn't know. No apologies were given. I do not know why the previous rep would not take that short period of time to help me but that is what happened. I am not a millennial. Some technical matters such as the cloud are not intuitive to me and I need help. It seems that this store will only do the bare minimum and they want you out. Ridiculous.

    Probably the rudest unprofessional place I've ever been to deal with phone related services. Employee could care less and lied, bought a phone for the only purpose they said it would do, it did not and when tried returning it immediately they wanted to hit me with a re-stocking fee which made zero sense since I just bought it based on the lie the employee con'd me into. 15yrs with ATT and switching!

    I wanted to pay my bill at the kiosk and I needed change. Before I put my money in there I asked can I have change. So I can have the right amount, since you won't be able to get the left over change in the kiosk.They said no we can't. I said that's weird , all the other at&t did it for me. I told them don't worry about it, I will go to another one. Sure enough they gave me the change. I told this at&t what happened at the Mandeville store and they said, "no, they lied to you." I even paid my bill one time in Hammond and asked and they said no they lied, we can give change. Poor customer service
